　　Shanghai No.１Biochem.&Pharma. Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as SBPC) is a joint venture of Shanghai No.1 Pharmaceutical Factory and Shanghai Biochem. & Pharma. Lab. with a history of more than 50 years. Now, SBPC covers 50226 square meters, and our total assets are 327millions with a net assets 110millions. With advanced technology, we now have a yearly capability of 180 millions water injections, 80 millions of Lyophilized Injections and corresponding raw materials.

The productions of the Lyophilized Injections, Small volume parenteral solutions and Bulk achieved the GMP authentication certificate issued by SFDA.
